How is this different from a spreadsheet?

Do my clients need an account?
Yes — but a magic-link invite. No password to remember. They see only what you share, and only as read-only.

Web works on phone today. A native iOS/Android app is on the roadmap for after we hit 50 paying studios.
Does this replace AutoCAD or Revit?
No. studiio is the operations layer — items, vendors, schedule, money, conversations. Your CAD tool stays your CAD tool.
Where's my data?
Encrypted, in our database in Germany. Nightly backups. Export to CSV anytime — your project, your data.
Is it secure?
Bcrypt-hashed passwords, captcha-protected sign-in, per-IP rate limiting on auth, full audit log of admin actions, Sentry for incident tracking.
